At Loreve, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide a photo of the item and packaging.

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at contact@lorevee.store with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  • Ship the item back to the address provided.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund is completed.
